Upea kokemus: Tilava ja siisti sali. Harvoin joutuu odottamaan laitteelle pääsyä. Ystävällinen henkilökunta.

Positiivinen kokemus: Oikein hyvä sali painonnostoon. Alakerrassa useampi painonnostoalusta. Kehitys-toivelistalle: isot viiden kilon levypainot lämmittelyä varten.

Upea kokemus: Oikein hyvä!

Positiivinen kokemus: Muuten kiva keskus, mutta miesten pukkarissa on usein silminnähden likaista (erityisesti lavuaarin ympäristö ja suihkun lattia) ja keskus suljetaan lauantaisin aivan turhan aikaisin. Painot suurimman osan ajasta paikoillaan, mistä plussaa.

Negatiivinen kokemus: I canceled my Elixia membership after the attempt to change my gym from Circus to Vallila/Sörnäinen. Elixia's system and customer service just took it to a whole new level. I moved to a new location where are these both Elixia gyms located at a similar distance from my home. And like anyone else, I wished to try both before committing. After numerous years of being a loyal customer, they asked me TO PAY FOR A TRYOUT of Vallila (therefore also Sörnäinen) gym or change my membership to the all-gyms or switch to Vallila membership. In other words, if I want to try out 2 gyms and switch my membership to one of those, it would cost at least €30. Why on earth do I have to spend this money if I want to change the gym inside of their gym chain? Is this a way Elixia treats and retains loyal customers? Aftermath: you wasted my time talking to your desk and chatting online with helpless and super slow customer service (another story of waiting over 30 min to get a reply), I missed my practice day, and you lost the loyal customer that paid you thousands and could pay many thousands more. Also, you got someone disappointed who will be eager to share this experience. And, I will be happy to pay my euros to a more customer-friendly competitor. That is the price of your attempt to make an additional €30 of revenue. I hope it was worth trying for you.

Upea kokemus: Loistava varustelu, hyvin tilaa, hyvä sauna miehille, hyvä asiakaspalvelu

Positiivinen kokemus: Hyvä sali. Pukuhuoneen lattialämmitys joko täysillä päällä tai pois päältä. Liika lämmin tai kylmä lattia. Miksei sopivasti puoliteholla aina.

Upea kokemus: Meets the ELIXIA standard. Well equiped and clean. A bit crowded during the peak hours, but hey that's life

Upea kokemus: Siisti ja tilava. Hyvä liikuntakeskkus. Ei ruuhkaa. Toivoisin lisäistuinpenkkiä aulaan kenkien laittamista varten, kiitos!

Upea kokemus: Kivat tilat, iso ryhmäliikuntasali sekä hyvät ohjaajat ja henkilökunta!

Positiivinen kokemus: Hieno väljä ja muutenki mukava paikka kahdessa kerroksessa

Upea kokemus: Aivan ihana ja rauhallinen sali. Ei ole nii paljon porukka

Upea kokemus: Mukava henkilökunta ja miellyttävät, uudet tilat.

Positiivinen kokemus: A good variety of equipment, one group training studio, saunas in conjuction of both locker rooms, a little shop for training clothes and drinks. Personal trainer available for booking sessions. Not much people in early week day mornings. You need a subscription and a phone app to train here. Bring your own lock for the locker.

Negatiivinen kokemus: Despite having just opened, saunas are closed, no hair dryer, the ceiling in the group training room are too low for a tall person to lift their hands up, no shoe shelf or bench to take the shoes off on. The trainer at the group class refused to provide even short instructions in English, despite having the necessary English skills. All in all, would avoid Vallila and go to any other Elixia gym
