KM Academy

Art Zenter Academy was founded in January 2017 with tons of passion and delusion to approach the benefits of movement, wellness, and martial arts to anyone who crosses AZA doors.

Our Art Zenter Academy is a 65 square meters cozy studio with a soft tatami sale (approximately 40 square meters), a dressing/office room, a bathroom, and a kitchen fully equipped. AZA is located in a very calm and safe area at Espoo center with many green parks and forest areas around.

Nowadays life became too hectic and stressful, so at Art Zenter Academy one of our main missions is to bring back our body-mind balance and inner peace with movement, martial arts, and well-being. Our second important mission in AZA is to contribute to our children’s educational system in an interactive and playful way, reinforcing their focus, confidence, respect, and healthy lifestyle.
