Upea kokemus: Best pilates in town! The place to be if you want to find your abs. Jo’s class never leaves you cold - detailed instruction, great sequencing and beautiful set up. As a bonus comes her British sense of humour and best vegan recipes. Highly recommend Proud Pilates❤️

The classes are the perfect size so you are always getting the help and attention you need to maximise the workout. Highly recommend if you want to sweat and tone your body.

Johanna really works me during our sessions and I always feel I get more value for money than I’ve paid for. She really is an expert in her field.
