1 year ago Mahtava kokemus: Marta was very warm and welcoming, instructed everything in detail and accommodated to all needs. I myself do yoga daily but I’m inexperienced with aerial yoga, and I found her class both relaxing and invigorating. I speak Finnish but do not live in Finland, I have practised in multiple countries when travelling, I love learning about new approaches and Marta’s class gave me a wonderful new experience. She also has a beautiful studio! (I noticed another negative review here and from my experience want to share that I found Marta the opposite of mean. She was, like said, very inclusive and open for everyone’s wishes. She speaks fluent Finnish and English. The experience of the one who had a negative encounter with her sounds dissapointing, but maybe there were misinterpretations—I have been instructed in multiple languages and when I struggle, I express it explicitly and I also understand there are many other people and their needs that the instructor needs to acknowlegde.) Happy practice to everyone!

1 year ago Mahtava kokemus: An amazingly calm, cheerful and modern place ❤️ Marta arranged mom to be yoga for our friends group as part of baby shower celebrations. She created fantastic flow making sure everyone felt comfortable. Movements were clearly explained and we left the studio fully relaxed, reach with new experience. Highly recommend !
