Upea kokemus: Was fortunate to come across this studio while vacationing last week. Attended several practices, including hatha, yin and vinyasa. Matilda was just exceptional, a hugely calming presence and a delight to chat with. Can't wait to come again. Thank you Saga Yoga.

Positiivinen kokemus: A super cute and harmonic studio next to the Sinebrychoff Park. The classes range from sweaty vinyasa flow and energetic shake the dust to more relaxed and restorative hatha, yin and after work classes. "Happy hour" classes every now and then for 5 euros and even free park yoga in the summer. Classes are always booked and paid online beforehand. There's a good variety of equipment in the studio and you can always borrow a yoga mat without extra charge as well. The shala is not heated. There's one unisex changing room and two toilets where you can also change, but unfortunately no shower. The classes offer a nice and good quality practice, but a more experienced yogi might not be able to develop their practice here in the long run.

Upea kokemus: Beautiful and cozy studio with good energies. The teachers are sweet, professional and give verity of classes in English what was hard to find for me (: I really enjoyed practice here and recommend to everybody.

Upea kokemus: Korkeatasoisia joogaajia, mutta aloittelevimmillekin oli tilaa yhtä lailla, kritiikitön ilmapiiri, vaikka vaativaa joogaamista. Luultavasti myös Helsingin henkisin joogastudio.
