Mahtava kokemus: A nice yoga studio centrally located in Kamppi. The classes utilize the yoga wall a lot and there are also prenatal classes available. A great studio with highly knowledgeable teachers especially if you like the yoga wall.

Mahtava kokemus: Best yoga studio I’ve been to yet! I’ve been practicing many forms of yoga over the past seven years, and my first class here blew me away. The teacher and studio founder was clearly very attuned and experienced. She checked in with my body’s needs and it felt like the class was designed to meet me where I was at. I’ve grown tired of yoga classes that push the body (and have injuries from years of this) and the restorative aspects of this studio vary from class to class, but every class I took helped me to re-approach yoga through deep listening and presence. This studio prioritises the meditative practice as central to moving the body, so there is plenty of space to really feel the subtle opening and movement of energies. My partner and I highly recommend this studio to anyone in the area!

Mahtava kokemus: Alignment-based yoga studio with a peaceful space, balanced energy not to mention the professional and kind teachers. Highly recommended if you’re looking for your next yoga place-to-be. The studio offers also wall yoga classes, so regenerating for the spine! They also offer pregnancy yoga classes (have not tried those).

Mahtava kokemus: What a unique place! I've practiced and visited many yoga studios in Europe, but Purna Yoga Helsinki was love at first sight. Really enjoyed the wall yoga classes and the team behind Purna is really kind and supportive.

Mahtava kokemus: I received a warm welcome when I came for a drop-in class at Purna Yoga. I was only in Helsinki for a few days, but I wanted to get in a practice. Tove is a knowledgeable teacher with a soothing voice. She gives equal attention to everyone in the room. I left feeling like I'd challenged my body, but I also felt calm and energized!

Mahtava kokemus: This is an amazing studio with incredible teachers. The teachers all care deeply for the students and seem to have an abundance of knowledge. They also all have their own personalities and it should be easy to find a teacher that suits you at this studio. Highly recommended.
