Positiivinen kokemus: Nice coaches. Minus for having given a starting offer which was later, when contacting the gym about starting date, changed to a more expensive one. Not a fun surprise..

Mahtava kokemus: Really good box! I did a drop in for a weightlifting session and I could train hard. Members and coaches are very welcoming. The equipment is good too. Just take into account that they have a no headphones policy, it catch me a bit off guard.

Mahtava kokemus: Visited from Canada. This was our go-to spot while in Finland. Great gym, coaches were awesome.

Ich kann sie nur jedem sehr empfehlen! Vielen Dank für den herzlichen Empfang und das tolle Workout! Wenn ich nochmal in Helsinki bin, komme ich auf jeden Fall wieder bei euch vorbei!

Mahtava kokemus: Dropped in here on a business trip to Finland. Facility, programming, and especially Coach Ben were all awesome. I highly recommend training here for both locals and visitors.

Mahtava kokemus: I dropped in here during a trip to Helsinki and they were very friendly and accommodating. The location seems a bit strange when you arrive for the first time (my Uber driver even questioned if I was in the right spot), but once you enter the large building and go up to the second floor, signs will point you in the right direction and the gym is very nice.

Mahtava kokemus: I attended a WOD as a visitor to Helsinki. The coach Janne was really helpful with information over email and got me into the class when I arrived. The actual box itself is really big, well equipped and I liked that I saw lots of people of all ages, shapes and sizes, attending! As a beginner I didn’t feel out of place. The workout was good, I had been ill so the exercises were scaled down. I would definitely recommend this box and hope to come back to Helsinki again one day!

Mahtava kokemus: I've done crossfit with Central Helsinki for 7 years and have loved it all the way. Excellent coaches and the best facilities in Helsinki. Easy access and definately worth the drop-in if you're in Helsinki. And for those looking for a more permanent solution, look no further: this is the place to train and crossfit.

Mahtava kokemus: I have been member of CFCH more than 7 months now and I have to say that it has been great. Gym is big and versatile. Owners are helpful and amazing people. Coaches are all professionals. But the most important thing is that the community around CFCH is really motivating and friendly.

Mahtava kokemus: Love the international environment, and consideration of the coaches for non-finnish speakers. Ive been going to this gym for a while now, and I wouldnt change it for any other. Wod classes are small hence the coach takes care of you!

Mahtava kokemus: Very professional team of coaches. Not only during class but I often hang around after to chat and it always leads to me geting even more tips about my training. The box is very spacious and there is no problem going there to train your own stuff even as a class is going on at the same time.

Mahtava kokemus: brilliant and beatiful cf box with plenty of space, awesome coaches and friendly welcoming community. head coach ben is a master, and all of the coaches have their own unique skillset and way to get you where you want to go. i off the bat did a 1 year commitment, renewed the contract as soon as it ended and couldn't be happier with my choice!

Mahtava kokemus: Loved it!! It is a huge, beautiful space with plenty of equipment. The people are friendly and coach Ben was knowledgeable and kept class running super efficiently. Perfect place to drop in to :) One day I’ll have to get my t shirt ;) Thanks for the chance to get a workout in!

Mahtava kokemus: Visited CFCH for the first time 4 months ago while I was trying out different boxes in town and no surprise CFCH was one of my favorites. Huge training area, lots of equipment and awesome environment, no wonder it's "the best hour of the day" the only downside is a bit far location (depending where you are) but nothing more than few extra calories burnt ;)
