Positiivinen kokemus: Sijainnista ja varustelusta plussaa. Alakerta kuitenkin tuoksuu joltain niin järkyttävältä, että meinaa välillä laatta lentää. Uskomatonta ettei asialle tehdä mitään. Ihmettelen myös arkkitehtuuria miesten pukuhuoneessa suihkujen osalta, suihkussa ei mitään ovia, jotta saisi yksityisyyttä itselleen. Häiritsevää käydä suihkussa kun näkyy suoraan kaikille pukuhuoneessa oleville.

Negatiivinen kokemus: Never be clean, always dirty and you’re not able even to just walk inside the changing room, toilets are horrible. The toilet is always broken, and smell bad, And guess what, if you want cancel the membership, they will ask you to pay for the next 2 months!!! I don’t understand why?!! Are you looking for a new gym tenant? Is it apartment and you dont want lose 2 months without a tenant!? They are scammers, avoid them!

Negatiivinen kokemus: The opening hours are just straight up lying. The reception is rarely open. The gym smells bad. The only common space toilet has been out of order for over 2 weeks.

Positiivinen kokemus: Sign on door says reception is staffed Mon-Wed 16:00-19:00. I was there Monday 16:30 and no one was there. The number on the door and also on the website didn't work. A personal trainer saw me and kindly let me in and suggested I tried the Kamppi location. There were employees there.

Negatiivinen kokemus: Awful experience, two summers in a row that they did not fix the problem with the odor coming from the lower floor.

Negatiivinen kokemus: This gym smells absolutely horrible! It is a really disgusting smell, especially in the stairwell down to the free-weights section. It's an aroma almost like sewage, I really don't know what it is, but it's not just sweat. It's horrible . How anyone can work out here, I can barely understand. It's easily the worst commercial gym I have ever been to, and it's not even close. Avoid it and go somewhere else.

Negatiivinen kokemus: Worst gym ever expierence.I paid for one month, i returned my electronic card after saying that i will not continue and asking if we're done and they said from the receptionist that we're done. They continue to charge me for six months and they sent an invoice letter after 6 years!! I tried to contact them without success and i just let it go,now after 12 years i have a court and to pay over 400€!!So handy to make money,pure crooks!!

Negatiivinen kokemus: Kilkukrotnie próbowałam skontaktować się z recepcja, przychodziłam dzisiaj (poniedziałek) trzykrotnie od godziny 16:00 i jedyny numer na który udało mi się dodzwonić to numer na ochronę gdzie niestety nie byli w stanie mi pomóc. Czy recepcja zacznie działać?

Negatiivinen kokemus: The gym always smell so bad for some reasons, eventho I go very early in the morning, there’s no people, but always smell bad . I dont understand. I hope they improve it soon

Negatiivinen kokemus: The gym is fine but the staff hours and payment policy are ridiculous. There are only 4 hours (Monday Wednesday 16:00-20:00) of staffed receptionist hours. I came multiple times to renew my membership (I couldn’t renew it online) during those times (someone let me in), and no one was there to help me. Not sure how they want me to continue paying them…?

Negatiivinen kokemus: Gym is so so.. However, when I signed up I asked for a fixed term 2 months. Then after the period they continued to charge me monthly with a two month cancellation period. Attempts to resolve lead nowhere. Not happy with the communication and uncaring attitude from the company.

Positiivinen kokemus: Fui de viaje y pagaba por semanas. A 9,90€ la semana. Sin permanencia. No me gustó que hubiera dentro un gimnasio de mujeres aparte, lo vi sexista.

Mahtava kokemus: Went to Punavuori 24/7 to solve a problem with the billing and the girl working there was so patient and professional. We managed to solve the mistake finally. Thank you!

Negatiivinen kokemus: Käynyt tällä salilla nyt 5v. Palvelun laatua heikennetään ja samalla hintaa nostetaan jatkuvasti. Laitteet ja lattiat uivat aina pölyssä, vesihanat jatkuvasti rikki ja rikkinäiset laitteet odottavat korjausta kuukausia. Todella ankea ja halpissalin oloinen, vaikka hinta ei enää halpa olekkaan. Plussaa kuitenkin 24h aukiolosta, sijainnista sekä mukavasta henkilökunnasta.

Negatiivinen kokemus: Sali on ahdas. Naisten puolella ilmastoinnista tulee välillä voimakas tupakanhaju mikä on tosi ongelmallista. Vapaapainoalueet on sekä yleisellä että naisten puolella aina ruuhkaiset 16-20 välillä koska tilat on niin pienet. Laitteita käytetään mielestäni vähemmän, joten voisiko vapaapainoalueille tehdä enemmän tilaa? Salin varustelu on hyvä. Miinusta myös siitä että yleisen puolen jumppatilan valaistus on aika alhaalla niin sitä joutuu varomaan.

Negatiivinen kokemus: Peruutuksen jälkeen tulee viestejä ja sähköposteja vaikka en ole tilannut niitä. Peruminenkaan ei lopeta viestien tulos

Positiivinen kokemus: Kävin tänään 26.6.2022 klo 7:20 kuntosalin ovella ja oven lukija oli nyt toistamiseen pois päältä/rikki tms? Sali on muuten varusteltu ihan hyvin ei siinä. Olisi tosin optimaalista päästä treenaamaan juuri niinä kellonaikoina, kun se on itselle mahdollista.

Positiivinen kokemus: Perus hyvä sali. Ruuhka-aikaa kun välttää saa treenin toteutettua hyvin. Suurempi kuin ulkoapäin näyttää. Laitteet huolletaan usein ja ovat kunnossa. Koska on halpa,täyttyy sali helposti. Varsinkin lämmittelylaitteet on usein varattuja. Miinusta täysistä roskista, huonosta siivouksesta ja aina täysistä kenkäpaikoista. Usein myös pukukopeissa kaapit on varattuja vaikka olisit ainut salilla olija. Suihkun vesisäätelijä on niin nopea,että et voi kättä laskea kun jo vesi loppuu.

Positiivinen kokemus: Hyvät laitteet mutta välillä vähän epäsiistit lattiat, roskia joka puolella. Jotkut laitteet on sijoitettu kivasti omaan rauhaan (hyvät turvavälit) mutta jotkut laitteet suoraan portaiden tai kuntopyörän edessä...

Negatiivinen kokemus: Ovien lukitukset ovat jatkuvasti epäkunnossa. Ei ole ainut kerta kun käyn ovella kääntymässä enkä pääse sisään, tai naisten salin ovi ei aukea, tai lokerot eivät mene lukkoon. Tätä ei kovin hanakasti kompensoida, vaikka asiakkaan kortti ei toimisi kunnolla kuukauteen. Olen selvitellyt asiaa sekä tiskillä että sähköpostitse, uuvuttavaa touhua. Samaa säätöä PT palveluiden kanssa. PT:n vaihtuessa sain ihan itse ottaa asiasta selvää ja kysellä jo maksettujen PT-treenien perään, asiassa kesti viikkotolkulla ja tuntui kuin olisivat kadonneet rahojeni kanssa tuuleen. Asiakkaan kannalta kurja käyttökokemus.

Negatiivinen kokemus: Today at 3 15 pm i visited your hall in Helsinki Punavuori to apply for new membership. The lady at the reception told me that i am not entiteled to be monthly member because i dont belong to EU area. I am a member of Elixia gym since 10 months now and no one told me that i cant be a member because i am not EU citizen. The lady told me that i have 2 options either to pay 15 months in a dvance or use the weekly membership.

Positiivinen kokemus: Cheap monthly payments, ok gym equipment. Only complaint is that place weighs are not normal size, and the diameter changes between weights.

Mahtava kokemus: Oikein hyvä ja monipuolinen sali. Siisti ja laitteet uusia. Aamulla ei klo 8-9 ei ainakaan pahempaa ruuhkaa.

Positiivinen kokemus: Ease of use

Positiivinen kokemus: Well equipped and feels secure most of the time even when it is open 24/7. The women's section is downstairs under locked doors and the gym there is pretty good although not fully equipped. There is good workout music played in the background. You have to bring your own lock for the lockers. The women's locker room is small but it has showers and a drying fan.

Positiivinen kokemus: Like it. Good machines, separate room.for women only, nice staff. The one in Punavuori.

Negatiivinen kokemus: Asiakaspalvelua ei ole. Vie rahasi muualle.

Positiivinen kokemus: Best price in town. Machines are new and work very well. You can go when ever you want. Don't spect big space or sauna becouse there is not.

Positiivinen kokemus: Edullinen ja kattava valikoima laitteita. Välillä tilat ovat epäsiistejä ja sauna olisi plussaa mutta hintansa väärtti!

Positiivinen kokemus: Pukuhuoneiden sijoitus on hämmentävä, eikä ihmiset aina löydä niitä heti. Laitteita löytyy paljon yläkerrasta. Juoksumattoja ja muita "cardio"-laitteita löytyy yläkerrasta. Venyttelytila myös yläkerrassa. Alakerrassa on vapaapainot, penkit, kyykkytelineet jne. Painoja on joka lähtöön ja tankoja myös. Vapaapenkkejä 4 kappaletta. Mutta vain 1 vinopenkki ja 1 rintapenkki. Tämä aiheuttaa jonotusta tai turhaa improvisointia. Tämä sali tarjoaa paljon, mutta voisi tarjota enemmänkin.

Positiivinen kokemus: After the renovation last summer, the gym is now modern and spacious with updated equipment. I only go there after 11PM when it's nice and quiet.

Positiivinen kokemus: Didn't think a commercial gym in Finland could be this dirty. Went there once, never again. Find another Fitness24seven to train at. I hope they close it down soon and find a bigger space that is better ventilated Edit: The gym has since been renovated. Looks clean and in line with the standard of their other gyms. Ventilation has not improved much.

Negatiivinen kokemus: The dirtiest and the stinkiest 24/7 location ever! I used to come here a lot but now it seems like they don’t care if the lady shower rooms don’t stink with sweat and urine- clearly the changing room and bathroom/toilet floor is not desinfected daily with bleach solution, and it should be. The area stinks horribly. I once went there for an entire night and no one came to clean the place at all. Isn’t this supposed to be cleaned at night thoroughly and desinfected so well that the first customer foesn’t smell sweat or urine but eventually a fresh scent of a detergent?! This is the most disgusting location. Also lady equipment is not maintained too well. Bikes are broken often. Also- toilet rooms never have toilet paper and soap. No matter what time of the day I go there there is no soap and toilet paper and this is just a place with tons of viruses and bacteria roaming around. Disgusting. The only good thing about this place is the location and the front desk staff, they are nice. But perhaps too nice to tell the cleaner to do a better job, or too nice to fire him/her altogether. GROSS!!!

Positiivinen kokemus: Hinnaltaan erinomainen valinta. Sijainti myös täydellinen minun tarpeisiin. Henkilökunta on ystävällistä. Siivousfirmalla välillä heikkoa jälkeä.. Iltaisin sali on tupaten täynnä, joten jos suinkin mahdollista, kannattaa salilla käydä päivällä. Silloin ei joudu jonottamaan taljoihin ja tankoihin.

Negatiivinen kokemus: It's not the smallest gym within this franchise in Helsinki, but the dirtiest and tools are very old. They should also improve the air flow in the basement as it is very steamy and uncomfortable when crowded.

Negatiivinen kokemus: Small, dirty, many machines and tracks are overused. Smells very bad on the lower floor.

Negatiivinen kokemus: Had been going there for about half a year, did expect that one day the shower would get fixed (one of 3 shower in men's changing room did not work ever) and something would be done about ventilation and constant stench in the men's locker room. Nothing ever was done. Overall it was rather good gym with couple slightly-broken machines. But unusable and disgusting changing room and showers did it for me. I just couldn't make myself go there anymore.
