Negatiivinen kokemus: I already canceled the subscription before the next circle but they still send me a bill and late fee. Ridiculous!

Negatiivinen kokemus: I have joined this gym group last month. The cashier promised that she will return me money after i return the key but the fact that she denied to give me money back and beat around the bush. Moreover, she already instructed me that i can cancel subscription any time i want but when i cancel at the end of the day before the next circle, she didn’t allow and said the last bill will surely come. I am personally not recommend this group. Feel like i got scammed!
