Negatiivinen kokemus: I've been a member for ~8 months. Won't stop spamming me with sms messages months after I closed my subscription. Also a money grab. The cancellation notice is extremely long for no reason. Invoices don't get delivered and they will lock your subscription while also demanding you to keep paying (while your card is blocked). So if you miss an invoice (which often don't get delivered), you will keep paying while not having access for a month. The gym is nothing special, so price/value is quite bad for the ~80e/month.
Hi Alex, and thanks for the 1-star review and your feedback! Sorry to hear you're not satisfied with our service! I'll try and go through your somewhat false accusations, one by one: 1) You can stop the fairly infrequent SMS marketing instantly, and at any time as per the instructions in the end of each and every message. 2) Our cancellation notice is always just one calendar month (i.e. cancellation in October, membership ends November), which is actually shorter/more convenient than industry average. 3) If, for some reason or another, a member does not take care of their membership fee on time, after a short period, access to the gym is temporarily blocked. The block is lifted and access is re-granted almost instantly after the invoice is paid, so no one is paying anything for not having access. We also offer credit card or direct debit payment, where there's zero chance of invoices getting lost in the mail (which is unfortunately and obviously out of our hands). Positiivinen kokemus: Salilla on melkein kaikki tarvittava, on ollut vakkarisali jo monta vuotta. Kuitenkin joka kesä on sama ongelma. Salilla ei tunnu olevan minkäänlaista ilmanvaihtoa tai tuuletusta. Monet ystäväni jotka käyvät sanovat ihan samaa. Pitää kahesti miettiä jos haluaa maksaa niin kovan hinnan salista jossa ei kesäsin kykene tekemään sataprossasta treeniä… Toivottavasti laittaisivat pari tuuletinta huoneiden nurkkiin.

Thanks for your feedback, Tero! Please, do tell us (and everyone else) what makes you say so? As you can probably tell, with over 50 gyms and tens of thousands of members, scamming is not something we could get away with (not that we would want to)... -Ville/Fressi
Positiivinen kokemus: A great 24/7 gym with massage chairs, good machinery, cardio treadmils, enough free weights. 1 star is taken due to the issue that since there is no surveillance there is a lot of teenagers that come in groups using one card or come in the spinning door all together and sit around the lounge area, make videos, occupy a part of the gym for long periods of time. 2 star due to the fact that in the locker rooms showers do not work properly, no blowdryers and soap is most of the time empty.

Upea kokemus: Erittäin siisti 24/7 sali. En ole aikaisemmin 24/7 salilla käynyt. Olen kuullut kauhutarinoita niiden siisteydestä ja kunnosta. Espan salilla käyneenä on tämä kuvitelma harhaa. Salilla käy kaiken ikäisiä ja tasoisia harjoittelijoita. Kynnys lähteä salille on täällä hyvin pieni. Voit treenata juuri sellaisena kuin olet. Hinta laatusuhde on kohdallaan.

Negatiivinen kokemus: Predatory membership policies and difficult to quit without paying fees. I would NOT recommend this gym to anyone...not even to my enemies

As a complete opposite to "predatory membership policies", ours are very straightforward and transparent; our memberships can be cancelled online, anytime, with just a calendar month's notice. Negatiivinen kokemus: Peruutettuani sopimuksen Fressin omalla sivulla kerrottiin, että seuraava veloitus on 0 €, mutta kortiltani on lähtenytkin jälleen kuukausimaksu. Fressin matematiikalla kirjallisesti ilmoitettu 0 € onkin siis 39.90 €. Sinänsä mukava ja siisti sali, mutta sopimusvenkoilu jätti varsin huonon jälkimaun. Yhteys asiakaspalveluun screenshotin kanssa ei korjannut asiaa.

Thanks for the 2-star rating, Reda! With its over 550 square meters, Fressi Esplanadi is one of the bigger ones amongst Fressi 24-hour gyms, where the concept is all about quality, compact gyms close to where the people are (i.e. they're not meant to be too big). All the best! -Ville/Fressi

Positiivinen kokemus: Hyvin toimiva ja luotettava sali. Saa olla rauhassa ja tilaa riittää vaikka porukkaa olisi talo täynnä.
Positiivinen kokemus: Kiva paikka näin aloittelijallekin! Laitteita sopivasti eikä turhan vaikeaselkoisia Ainut miinus tulee suihkuista, joihin toivoisi hieman enemmän yksityisyyttä esim. leveämmillä loossiseinillä tai suihkuhuoneen ovikin olisi kiva, vaikkapa sellainen liukuovi!
